DESCRIPTION:
A convenient way to control your Canon camcorder. The ZR-1000 is designed to be used with a tripod and gives you greater control over your shot and means you won’t risk knocking the camera and ruining the shot.
The remote control is designed to mount on to the tripod’s pan/tilt lever. Simply connect it to the camcorder’s LANC terminal and you are able control a range of camcorder functions. You can control focus, start and stop recording and set the camcorder to standby (a handy way to save battery) You can also control playback and turn any monitor that is connected to the camcorder, on and off. Plus you can choose between five fixed zoom speeds or a variable setting that will make the zoom controller pressure sensitive.
The remote is compatible with any Canon 8mm or DV camcorder equipped with a LANC terminal.
