Hi i am very new to the editing lark.
Just bought a DC10 plus and do not like the bundled software much.
I have used premier on a friends machine and wonder if anyone has used/has advice or is aware of any problems with using the above mentioned hardware and software.

As far as I am aware the DC10+ is only usable with the bundled software, there is no upgrade possibility.
Have a look at CV mag April edition, there is a write up there.
Having said that, I have just had a quick look and James Morris in the article declares that there is no upward path in the software, you are tied to the packaged software. In case you have no access to the mag, the article also states that if you do use Ulead MSPro or Premier you lose the plus of timeline playback etc.
