Premiere Pro CS6 has a HDMI-out comnnection from a Matrox MX02 Mini Box.to a 23" display,.
No  problems experienced when edits are from SDHC card or MiniDV tape (SD)..

Tried capturing a DVD (SD edited when made in Premiere Pro 1) using the ROM drive.
It was possible to get this into Premiere when a message gave two choices as (it said) files did not match.
The change was accepted. Afterwards it was not possible to view thelHDMI connected display

Is there a setting that could be restored to cure this problem?

Although the Premiere display would play the DVD it was found to disappear later
when the disc was removed from the ROM drive..

Re: Display problem Premiere.

Further explanation, I hope, may emit a useful answer?

When using Premiere Pro CS5 the Matrox box MX02 Mini (no card) was used as player instead of Adobe Player. (DVC tutorial).

CS6 dispensed with this. On enquiry it was suggested that the HDMI-Out on the Matrox MX02-Mini box could be connected to a display showing

the Premiere Pro CS6 edit screen - so larger detail. The connection has ceased to work (as previously described)

Any ideas how to reinstate please?

Latest Information:

The Matrox MX02 mini box; it's connection cable and the card in computer have all been independantly tested.

All working correctly. Suspected Premiere Pro CS6 software fault?

Re: Display problem Premiere.

After much checking the problem was found to be caused by a ASIO setting.
