Hi, when I try "Export to DVD" function, it comes up with the correct pop-up, but stays disabled, with the message "Loading DVD burners" displayed at the bottom.
It used to work and I burnt a few DVDs earlier. This problem has cropped up from somewhere.

Searched previous threads and found nothing on this topic. Appreciate help.

I suspect you may have installed some bit of software that writes to DVDs and CDs and that this has broken Premiere's ability to export DVDs.

An uninstall and re-install of Premiere should fix it.

However, perhaps it's simply that Premiere's preferences file is corrupt.

After deleting that file, you'll have to rechoose things such as whether to use A/B editing or single-track editing; and the location of your scratch disks - so check out and write down your various preferences options from within Premiere before zapping the preferences, so you can easily set them up as before.

To delete the preferences file, hold down SHIFT+CONTROL when starting Premiere until the splash screen appears.
