I am being pestered by this Company from whom I receive E-Mails almost every day. The letters are shown as having come from DVDoctor@getaheadweb . Is anybody else having the same problem ? John

Never heard of them. I guess you're on a spam emailing list, sorry. They MIGHT take you off their list if they're legitimate. They might also sell your email address on to others, of course...

The web site says they are an interactive marketing company.
I'm getting emails from dvforums at getaheadweb asking me about my subscription.
Phone number is 02033 691969. So far only getting an answer machine but I shall keep trying.

the emails from dvforums at getaheadweb.co.uk are usually notifications of replies from the forum posts a member has subscribed too or a PM notification
If you think it's spam please PM me and I'll give you my email address so the spam can be forwarded to Admin

John Pr I have found 3 of these e-mails in my trash bin today. I don't open them so I don't know the content. Are you saying in your reply that everytime I post a comment on DV Doctor I will receive one of these e-mails ? John

I've always receved emails to posts I been active in such as Tennis, Elbow etc.
To turn this feature off go to
My Account
Click on the Edit tab
Scroll down and untick
"Autosubscribe
Checking this box allows you to automatically subscribe to any thread you create or post a comment to."
Checking this box allows you to automatically subscribe to any thread you create or post a comment to."
You can also untick
"Receive email notification for incoming private messages"
Then save your settings at the bottom of the page
I have also sent you an email, please forward some of the getahead emails by return

Still having problems. I have followed John's settings instructions but still the e-mails flood in . As of now 9 e-mails have found their way to my spam box in the last 12 hours despite me not having been on the DV Doctor site. Martin suggested that I forward them to him but I don't know his e-mail address. Help.John
