Re: Pen Graphic,Drawing,Phot Editing etc. Tablet
Wacom are the only decent ones. The rest are a waste of cash.
If you want to do natural drawing - i.e. for the tablet's pen to act like a real pen* - then get one of the Intuos range.
Otherwise the Bamboo is fine for most uses.
All info on their products is here:
I have just replaced my Intuos 2 with an Intuos 5 Touch because I wanted to give my mouse hand a rest: the Intuos Touch has gesture recognition, like on a laptop's touchpad.
*The Intuos range recognise the tilt of the pen, so, for example, in Photoshop, you could choose a fat brush, and as you draw on the tablet, the shape of what you're creating will change with the tilt of the pen, just like if you were using a real fat brush.
I hold no shares in Wacom: just a long-time satisfied customer!

Dear Mark, many thanks for your reply, perhaps I was not clear for the need of a tablet, I require the tablet for photo editing and I am using MS Win 8. However, once again many thanks for your trouble. Charles Nicholas

I think that you will be fine with whatever Wacom tablet you choose.
The bigger the better for photo editing!

My daughter is a graphic designer, using Photoshop to create T Shirt & Greeting Card designs. I know that it's not photo editing, but she uses a Wacom Bamboo on her MacBook Pro, and she thinks it's ideal for Photoshop use.
