Dazzle and Vista 32 bit

I have purchased a dazzle dvc 100 capture device with pinnacle 12 editing software. I have Vista 32 bit and have downloaded all the drivers from what I can tell. When I go to preview I get audio, but it says no video device found check connections. I am running out of the composite "outs" on my HDTV. So the signal coming out should not be HD. I am trying to use this for video game capture. I have also tried splitting the video game "outs" but hten I get no video or audio. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
