I recently ordered a flashgun from them. OK, I am not expecting overnight delivery or even a very quick one (ordered 5 days ago) but other than the confirmation reply email, I have and cannot get any contact with them.
When I go into my account/order status it states no information other than order paid and processed. No sign of a delivery date or even if the item is in stock. I am assuming it is as I have not been informed at any stage it is not.
Have sent emails over last couple of days, no reply. Have sent Fax yesterday, no reply. All I want to do is find out when delivery can be expected.
They have a very large website with 1000's of items but no sign of a contact number.
Has anyone else had this sort of problem with them, maybe someone knows a phone number?

On the few times I have ordered from 7 Day Shop the items have taken around 7 days to arrive if that is any consolation. :rolleyes:

Look at your bank/card account - if they have taken the money they have almost certainly sent the goods.

I ordered genuine ink cartridges from 7day shop on (Sunday) 2 January. They arrived this morning - 14 th Jan.

I recently ordered some items and 7day sent an incorrect item. I used the contact email address on web site and within 2 hours a reply was received with instructions even down to getting receipt for postage so it could be refunded. Other than making the mistake in the first place I cant grumble at the speed of reply although a phone contact would be preferable.
