Hi, I'm new to this!. I have Sony TRV7 in-abled cam. My Studio 7 operates the cam but the Studio wont run the footage. Sometimes it works with short test bits of footage. As if it's stuggling for some reason. Pinnacle say it might be the in-abler i used (Lynx). Anyone out there with any ideas.
Thanks.

Hi I am new to this as well. I think I have had a very similar problem with this same software and recording back to my Panasonic DX100 camcorder that I enabled the DV input with a Jessops enabler.I found that sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not, titles seem ok and footage dropped off after a few seconds. I found that after struggling for several weeks I ditched Pinnacle Studio 7 and loaded a trial version of Ulead from a computer cover disk. This workes fine from video that has previously been saved to file and reopened and recorded to camcorder from there. Pinnacle Studio 7 wont do it this way.

Thanks a bundle! I too am looking at different programmes. You presumably are using VideoStudio. I got Studio 7 because CV mag recommended it. Mayde burning DVDs would be easier! Cheers.
