Unable to author interlaced DVD

I use TPMGeng 12a to create interlaced DVD compliant mpg files (LYNXDV template download). The mpg files play fine in winDVD but I am unable to author the files in DVDit(unsupported bottem up error???) nor SPRUCEUP (unable to write error????). Non interlaced authors fine.

Am I doing something silly or do these programs not support interlaced video for PAL.

Sorry, not sure what is wrong but SpruceUp certainly suppports interlaced PAL video. All my DVD-Rs are interlaced video encoded with TMPEnc. beta 12a and SpruceUp 1.1.

Just a thought, have you tried using the opposite field order for interlacing?
